A turn of the century home in the Washington Park neighborhood. A total interior remodel remedying years of bad design and construction issues. The upstairs was re-configured from what could have been one of the least desirable layouts into 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and a laundry room. A gorgeous kitchen was created to serve as the hub of the home as it should be. Understanding the elements that gave the house it’s wonderful charm allowed the diamond in the rough to shine bright once again.
